He has specialized knowledge in data standards and management, holding roles such as Data Standards Expert at Lilly and Director of Business & Decision Life Sciences. He is also certified in Data Protection (DPO) and …managing offshore capacities.

Gautier Sobczak

CBO and co-founder

Gautier Sobczak, co-founder and CBO of MyData-TRUST, is a biotechnology engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector. He has a proven track record in business development, driving growth and expansion strategies, and positioning MyData-TRUST as a global market leader in Data Privacy for Health. Known for his strategic vision and strong leadership, he builds dynamic teams and guides organizations through complex regulatory landscapes to deliver sustainable impact.

Damien Mair

Chief Development Officer

Damien Mair is MDT’s Chief Development Officer and a Senior DPO, joining the team in 2020 with two decades of experience in the clinical trials industry. A specialist in project management and process improvement, he leverages Lean Six Sigma standards to drive best-practice system implementations and high-impact initiatives across Life Science sectors.

Anastassia Negrouk

Chief Operating Officer

Anastassia Negrouk, COO at MyData-TRUST and certified DPO (Solvay), brings 25+ years in clinical cancer research and 9 years as DPO. With ICH-GCP certification and deep trial management expertise, she combines hands-on clinical operations with direct involvement in EU policy work (GDPR, CTR, MDR/IVDR), offering unique insight at the crossroads of research and compliance.

Philippe Van den Avenne

Chief Finance Officer

Philippe Van den Avenne brings over two decades of financial leadership experience across international organizations located in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the US. His expertise spans financial reporting, consolidation, internal controls, process improvement and supporting business growth. Philippe holds a degree in Commercial engineering and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mons (UMons).

Hubert Stoop

Chief Innovation Officer

Hubert Stoop holds a PhD in physics, complemented by a master’s in management and certifications in AI and innovation. With 18 years in the banking software industry and experience as a startup CTO, he joined MD-T as Chief Innovation Officer four years ago. He currently leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through automation and advanced AI solutions.

Mexico Entity Director

Erika Moncada is Entity Director of MyData-TRUST Mexico and has been with the company since August 2018. A biotechnology engineer by training, she began her journey as a DPO serving U.S. clients in Belgium. Trilingual in Spanish, French, and English, Erika led the launch of the Mexico entity in 2023, building and guiding her team with enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness.

Jordan Delbrouck

Group HR Director

Jordan Delbrouck, Group HR Director at MyData-TRUST since 2017, oversees international HR management and compliance across entities. As a Management Board member, he supports the Group’s strategy while optimizing HR processes. He holds a Master’s in Education and Training Sciences (University of Liège) and HR Management certification, with a strong focus on talent development and innovation.

Victoria is a Belgium Associate Entity Director at MyData-TRUST, with a background in European affairs, always leading with a smile and energizing her teams. France Entity Director

Virginie Covas is Director of MyData-TRUST France and has served as Data Protection Officer since 2020. With strong expertise in clinical data management and pharmaceutical regulations, she oversees GDPR implementation and ensures compliance across clinical research activities. She works closely with executive, legal, IT, and scientific teams to embed data protection in development processes.

Romania Entity Director

Diana is Director of MyData-TRUST Romania and Senior DPO (ECPC-B certified, Maastricht University) with 5+ years in Data Protection. With an MSc and PhD in Pharmaceutical Science and 8+ years in clinical research and quality (ICH-GCP, ISO, QP certified), she brings strong expertise to support Life Sciences in navigating complex privacy regulations.

Edward Sheehan

UK Entity Director

Edward is Entity Director for MyData-TRUST UK, working with UK and Irish teams and supporting ASEAN data protection services. With experience in data protection in Shanghai, he brings first-hand knowledge of complex regional regulations. A Fellow of Information Privacy (IAPP) with CIPM and CIPP/E certifications, Edward holds law degrees from Fudan University and University College Cork, and is ICH-GCP certified.

Julie Liambotis

Director US BD & Strategic Alliances

Julie Liambotis is the Director of the US Business Development & Strategic Alliances. She is also a Data Protection Officer at MyData-TRUST, bringing a well-rounded background in healthcare administration, product management, donor relations, and operations. With a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, she excels in strategic growth, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight.

Emeraude Camberlin is Transformation Director at MyData-TRUST. A legal professional specializing in health law and digital law, she has been active in data protection since 2018, with hands-on DPO experience in the healthcare sector. Trained in project and change management, Emeraude is where operations meet innovation, constantly identifying new service opportunities to drive the company forward.
